The most important advice that you can leave your children and future generations is the importance of establishing and maintaining good credit. When I was a youth, I struggled with maintaining good credit, because I was never taught the importance of credit. When I graduated high school, I began studying, and reading every book that I could find regarding finances, stocks, investments, and ways to increase my net-worth.
I began to utilize the tools and resources I’ve learned throughout my youth to increase my credit score. The steps I took to develop and maintain my credit as a youth taught me how to manage small things in order to walk into greater blessings. Today, I have a credit score of over 800+, because I worked hard to remain faithful over the small things God had given me to manage.
